How to request a refund

Email support.buyvirella@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 3–4 business days with next steps. Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition. We do not accept returns on items heavily damaged through misuse. Digital products and downloadable items are non-refundable once accessed.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrived damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support.buyvirella@gmail.com. We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
